I shop here fairly frequently, as it is relatively small, I know where things are and there is no music (or at least none I can here through my ear plugs and ear defenders). The staff are helpful, but I can avoid conversations. The only time I got into one was when Lylah and Leila were kittens and I was buying kitten food. However, I am generally able to talk about them without getting stressed. There is some organic food, though not a lot and I like their spicy pasties and lentil dahl, though I make my own soup as well. They also do organic wholemeal bread flour. They also have a free from section which has some useful items, but unfortunately not rice milk. It is generally not crowded and if it is I do not go in. However, the area by the till is quite narrow and staff can react I bit if I wait at the side rather than in this area. But on the whole I am able to get in and out fairly quickly.
