I have been taking my 2 cats, Lylah and Leila here for the past 2 and a half or so years. The vets and vet nurses seem good and they are gentle with Lylah and Leila. They answer my questions, but once they gave Leila an injection before I had agreed this is what I want.
I generally book by email and should say that phone is inaccessible at the start or they respond by asking me to phone and I have to say it is inaccessible. There is an online booking system, which I have not found accessible either, but others probably will.
There is what they call the Pets and people room which you can wait in and them have your animals treated in if it is available. I have just said I get anxious/stressed by noise and that affects Lylah and Leila as well and now ask for it.
