April 2025

I liked the small private rooms, and the venue inside looks really nice. I found the music and lighting too loud.

Venue Description

Charity which supports people with mental health issues. From their website: "We shape change by offering unique, evidence-based programmes in non-clinical settings, using shared lived experience as a driving force in the creation and implementation of our support options. Our services are free and without waiting lists, focusing on creating lasting, impactful change in our communities and beyond." The venue is a 1-floor building, with a cafe at the front. There are eparate rooms and open spaces at back. The cafe plays music, and the lights are bright, which I found to be too much. But there are quieter spaces near the back and rooms with lower lighting. I had my autism assessment here. The room used was quiet and private, with comfortable lighting.
