Very friendly, run by volunteers - I chatted to fellow autistics and some parents. I have been to a couple of the cafes nearest to me: this one and also one in Southgate. Also worth checking out their Facebook page.
The venue, St Mary's Parish Church, has good on street parking round the corner.
