Very friendly, run by volunteers - I chatted to fellow autistics and some parents. I have been to a couple of the cafes nearest to me: this one and also one in Woodford. Also worth checking out their Facebook page.
The venue's (St. Andrew's Church Hall) on street parking is difficult but there is an ASDA car par near by).
