I shop here every so often. I find there is a good range of goods and they can mix up paint for you. The staff are helpful, though some are more knowledgeable than others e.g. about paint. You can return a lot of items within 30 days for a full refund with your receipt. The shop has generally not been very full when I have been there, though there have been exceptions. They sometimes have music on and do not always turn it off
